Laudate! uses a variety of repertoire........................

Items are drawn from sources such as:

English Church Music (Volume 1 - Anthems)
English Church Music (Volume 2 - Canticles and Responses)
"Advent For Choirs" (Oxford University Press)
"New Oxford Easy Anthem Book" (Oxford University Press)
"Carols For Choirs" series (Oxford University Press)
Oxford Book of Tudor Anthems
Novello Book of Carols
New Church Anthem Book

....................................there are lots of possible sources! We also use a lot of good quality choral music downloaded from the Choral Public Domain Library (CPDL)

Performances

Whilst the aim of Laudate! is to sing church music, we can sing a more varied repertoire for concert performances, including madrigals, folk songs, part songs and other concert pieces if time permits!

Laudate! sings services, including Choral Evensong from time to time. This presents an opportunity to take music out into some of the wonderful churches throughout West Cornwall and beyond, many of which don't have choirs of their own. We will also do the occasional Cathedral visit from time to time, making the most of opportunities to sing in some of the finest buildings in the UK, in conjunction with "Schola Cantorum", Neil's Bristol based cathedral style choir.
